Machine Vision and Robotics

Journal

This quarterly journal is dedicated to the dissemination of advances in the field of
machine vision and robotics. Special emphasis with be given to high-impact work in
need of visibility, and application-driven advances capable of transforming the
relationship between humans and machines.

The journal will accept regular articles (up to 25 pages of an in-depth study of a
topic of interest or a survey of a topic in the field), and short articles (up to 15
pages of a review, experimental results, or short primers on topics of interest).

Topics of interest include:

  • Human-machine interfaces
  • Gesture-controlled games
  • Stereo vision
  • Robotic vision
  • Biomimmetics
  • Autonomous robots
  • Miniature robots
  • Autonomous UAV

The average time for referee feedback is four to five weeks from time of paper submittal.

The journal will have its own ISSN and will be available both electronically and in print,
and will also be made available through library databases across the world in both
electronic format and in print.
